1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
To initiate a return, please send us a message from the contact us page, with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange based on availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and details within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
